Not every pizza place allows you to do any type of half and half pizza but Brickyard Hollow accommodated and let me customize my pizza anyway I liked! I got half cup and char pepperoni and half chicken, bacon, ranch. Perfection! We also ordered the Fred pickles to start which were delicious. They just updated their menu too!"

Always amazing friendly service, Ethan at Biddeford is always so kind, friendly and helpful, 5 star service…. leading to an amazing experience every time! Apr 25, 2026"They have a really good spinach an artichoke pizza. However it could be great if they chopped up the spinach and incorporated it with the artichoke instead of hand laying it on top where it burns up. If they change the way they make it then it would be the most popular item they have. My suggestion is to make one the way I described it cut it in some very small slices aka amuse bouche and serve a slice at no charge to each table for about a week. equals 7 to 10 pizzas they end up giving away. Roughly $130 of advertising as I see it and sit back and watch the sales take off."
